REFUND AND RETURNS

Thank you for choosing Splashie Shack LLC to shop with us! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item in your order, our Refund and Return Policy will protect you.

1. Return Time Frame
   If you wish to return an item you purchased, please initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Returnable Items
   The following items are eligible for return or exchange:
   Unworn swimsuits and trunks: All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
   Beach Toys: Unopened and unused beach toys.
   The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
   Discounted or promotional items (unless the product is defective).
   Used or damaged items.
3. Return Process
   To request a return, please follow the steps below:
   Contact Customer Service: Contact our Customer Service team via email at tr@splashieshack.online or by calling (858) 765-8299 with your return request.
   Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.
   Prepare your return: Place the item in its original packaging, making sure all labels and instructions are attached to the item. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email.
   Ship your return: Ship the item to the specified address according to the instructions provided. Please make sure to use a trackable mailing service to ensure that we can track your return package.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.
5. Shipping Costs
   Original shipping costs are generally not refundable.
   Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
6. Exchange Policy
   If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item according to the return process and specify the product you wish to exchange when contacting customer service. We will process a new order for you.
7. About Defective Goods
   If the item you received is defective or wrong, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or process a refund without charging return shipping fees.
